What are your store timings?

Do you offer home delivery?

Yes, we offer free home delivery within Indore city limits for purchases above ₹25,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery charge of ₹500 applies.

Can I test the laptop before buying?

Absolutely! We encourage customers to test laptops before purchase. Our showroom has demo units where you can test performance, keyboard, display, and all features.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, bank transfers, and offer EMI options through leading banks and finance companies.

Do you offer EMI options?

Yes, we offer EMI options from 3 to 24 months. We also have 0% interest EMI schemes on selected models through major banks and finance companies.

Is there a return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. The laptop must be in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice. Software-related issues are not covered under returns.

Do you provide invoice and warranty papers?

Yes, we provide proper tax invoice, warranty cards, and all manufacturer documentation. We also provide our own store warranty certificate for additional coverage.

What warranty do you provide?

All laptops come with manufacturer warranty (usually 1-2 years). We also offer extended warranty plans and comprehensive insurance coverage for additional protection.

Where can I get warranty service?

Warranty service is available at authorized service centers. We also provide on-site service for premium laptops and can arrange pickup/drop service for convenience.

Yes! When you trade in your old laptop while purchasing a new one from us, we offer an additional ₹5,000 bonus on top of the regular buy-back value.
