What are your store timings?
We are open Monday to Saturday from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays and national holidays.
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes, we offer free home delivery within Indore city limits for purchases above ₹25,000. For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery charge of ₹500 applies.
Can I test the laptop before buying?
Absolutely! We encourage customers to test laptops before purchase. Our showroom has demo units where you can test performance, keyboard, display, and all features.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, UPI payments, bank transfers, and offer EMI options through leading banks and finance companies.
Do you offer EMI options?
Yes, we offer EMI options from 3 to 24 months. We also have 0% interest EMI schemes on selected models through major banks and finance companies.
Is there a return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. The laptop must be in original condition with all accessories, packaging, and invoice. Software-related issues are not covered under returns.
Do you provide invoice and warranty papers?
Yes, we provide proper tax invoice, warranty cards, and all manufacturer documentation. We also provide our own store warranty certificate for additional coverage.
What warranty do you provide?
All laptops come with manufacturer warranty (usually 1-2 years). We also offer extended warranty plans and comprehensive insurance coverage for additional protection.
Where can I get warranty service?
Warranty service is available at authorized service centers. We also provide on-site service for premium laptops and can arrange pickup/drop service for convenience.
What does warranty cover?
Manufacturer warranty covers hardware defects, manufacturing faults, and component failures. Physical damage, liquid damage, and software issues are typically not covered.
Can I extend my warranty?
Yes, we offer extended warranty plans that can be purchased at the time of buying or within the original warranty period. These plans provide additional coverage beyond manufacturer warranty.
Do you provide technical support?
Yes, we provide free basic technical support including software installation, driver updates, and troubleshooting. Advanced support services are available at nominal charges.

We provide free installation of basic software like antivirus, Office suite, and drivers. Installation of specialized software or custom configurations is available at additional charges.
Is remote support available?
Yes, we offer remote support services for software-related issues. Our technicians can connect to your laptop remotely to diagnose and resolve problems.
How does the buy-back program work?
Our buy-back program allows you to sell your old laptop to us. We evaluate the condition, model, and specifications to provide the best possible quote. The process is quick and transparent.
What laptops do you buy back?
We buy back all brands and models of laptops, regardless of age or condition. Even damaged or non-working laptops have some value based on their components.
How is the buy-back price determined?
Price is determined based on brand, model, age, physical condition, working status, specifications, and current market demand. We offer competitive rates with price matching.
Can I get extra value when upgrading?
Yes! When you trade in your old laptop while purchasing a new one from us, we offer an additional ₹5,000 bonus on top of the regular buy-back value.
